// privacy
We have deliberately designed Repository Radar to collect as little data as possible. We do not:
- use analytics, tracking pixels, or browser fingerprinting;
- run advertising, or sell or otherwise monetize personal data;
- load third-party fonts or tracking scripts on our pages;
- collect or store personal data on our own servers.
The site stores one small preference in your browser (via local storage) to remember your chosen reading mode, developer or non-developer. It sets no tracking cookies of its own.
Comments. Repository pages include an optional comments section powered by giscus, which is backed by GitHub Discussions. The widget is loaded from a third party (giscus and GitHub); if you interact with it or sign in with GitHub, GitHub may set cookies and process your data under GitHub's own privacy policy. Reading Repository Radar never requires signing in.
Repository Radar is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. As with any web hosting provider, Cloudflare may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, where necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the website. Cloudflare's own privacy terms apply to this processing.
// third-party links and services
Repository Radar contains links to third-party websites and services, in particular GitHub and Substack.
Links to repositories, source data, downloads, and metrics generally lead to GitHub. Newsletter subscriptions and related newsletter content are provided through Substack. When you choose to follow a third-party link, the privacy policies and terms of the respective provider apply.
Repository metrics displayed on this website are retrieved from the GitHub API during the site's build process and included in the static pages. Your browser does not contact GitHub merely because you view repository metrics on Repository Radar.
If you subscribe to the Repository Radar newsletter, the subscription is processed through Substack and is subject to Substack's privacy policy.
If you contact us by email, we will use the information contained in your message only to review and respond to your enquiry, unless we are legally required to retain or process it for another purpose.

Repository names, trademarks, logos, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Links and references are provided for informational and editorial purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep repository information and metrics accurate and up to date. However, open-source projects change continuously, and we cannot guarantee that all information displayed is complete, current, or error-free.
